She specialized in curating bespoke relocation solutions for high-net-worth individuals and CEO’s, having served renowned clients like Microsoft, SBM, Pepsi, amongst many more.
Ayu, with her 100% Balinese roots, is also founder and CEO of Bali Beans, an international coffee brand with a sustainable focus.
Through building her own impressive residential and commercial investment portfolio in the UK, Dubai, and Indonesia, combined with her Balinese heritage, extensive property development experience, entrepreneurial history, and robust real estate connections, Ayu is the ideal guide for your journey into investing in Bali properties.

Dedy Ti’en is a visionary entrepreneur, transformational coach, and real estate developer based in Bali. As a co-founder of the Bali Foreign Investors Association (BFIA), Dedy brings a unique edge — blending deep local knowledge with global thinking to bridge the gap between international investors and the realities of navigating Bali’s property and business landscape.

With over a decade of experience in leadership development, self-mastery, and strategic coaching, Dedy has empowered countless business owners to grow not only their companies but also their character. He’s also the founder of Peduli Learning Center, an education initiative focused on nurturing future leaders through English, entrepreneurship, and life skills — a testament to his belief that real impact comes from giving back.

In real estate, Dedy has successfully developed and sold multiple villas in Bali through his company Catalyst for Change, guiding foreign investors through land acquisition, villa development, and lease structuring with integrity and transparency. His holistic approach — combining business, social impact, and community — makes him a trusted local partner for conscious investors.

de Souza Grover Anastatius — known simply as Anastacio — is a driving force in Indonesia’s business and investment ecosystem. A seasoned expatriate since 2006, he began his journey in Indonesia by ascending to senior executive roles in the nation’s mining industry. But that chapter was only the foundation.

With over two decades of regional business leadership, Anastacio’s post-mining career showcases a bold and strategic entrepreneurial spirit. From launching an eyewear manufacturing facility in Indonesia’s Free Trade Zone to scaling seafood export operations and developing a biomass energy venture, he has repeatedly transformed complex ideas into thriving enterprises. His ventures span Indonesia and Southeast Asia, covering manufacturing, logistics, agribusiness, bioenergy, and professional services.

When the global pandemic struck, Anastacio took a rare pause and relocated to Bali in 2021. Even in semi-retirement, he quickly became a behind-the-scenes advisor and trusted sounding board for both local and foreign entrepreneurs. In 2024, he re-entered the business landscape with renewed momentum, establishing multiple ventures under his holding company—most notably Aspire Consulting Services, a strategic advisory firm focused on legal structuring, immigration, taxation, and investment services for foreign-owned businesses entering Indonesia.

Recognized for his ability to execute where others hesitate, Anastacio blends deep regulatory knowledge with hands-on operational excellence. Foreign investors rely on him to decode policy, navigate bureaucracy, and deliver tangible results. At the same time, Indonesian authorities and local partners value his credibility, long-standing presence, and unwavering commitment to ethical, impactful growth.

Today, as with his colleagues at the Bali Foreign Investors Association, Anastacio channels his expertise into building a collaborative platform for foreign investors with real opportunities in Indonesia.
