She specialized in curating bespoke relocation solutions for high-net-worth individuals and CEO’s, having served renowned clients like Microsoft, SBM, Pepsi, amongst many more.
Ayu, with her 100% Balinese roots, is also founder and CEO of Bali Beans, an international coffee brand with a sustainable focus.

Dedy Ti’en is a visionary entrepreneur, transformational coach, and real estate developer based in Bali. As a co-founder of the Bali Foreign Investors Association (BFIA), Dedy brings a unique edge — blending deep local knowledge with global thinking to bridge the gap between international investors and the realities of navigating Bali’s property and business landscape.

With over a decade of experience in leadership development, self-mastery, and strategic coaching, Dedy has empowered countless business owners to grow not only their companies but also their character. He’s also the founder of Peduli Learning Center, an education initiative focused on nurturing future leaders through English, entrepreneurship, and life skills — a testament to his belief that real impact comes from giving back.

In real estate, Dedy has successfully developed and sold multiple villas in Bali through his company Catalyst for Change, guiding foreign investors through land acquisition, villa development, and lease structuring with integrity and transparency. His holistic approach — combining business, social impact, and community — makes him a trusted local partner for conscious investors.

Ni Luh Sari is a distinguished legal and cultural authority in Indonesia, widely respected for her leadership in property, investment, and community advocacy. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Malekat Hukum, she leads one of Indonesia’s most trusted legal consultancies, with offices in Bali, Jakarta and Yogyakarta and a team of skilled professionals delivering strategic, ethical counsel to both local and international clients.

Educated in Europe and deeply grounded in Balinese values, Sari brings a rare combination of global legal insight and cultural intelligence. Her practice spans real estate, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory risk—guiding investors through Indonesia’s legal landscape with clarity, foresight, and confidence.

The daughter of a prominent Balinese architect and a respected law professor, Sari was raised with a deep sense of duty to both heritage and progress. Her influence is felt across the legal, social, and cultural spheres, from founding The People’s Law Centre and Srikandi Justice, to serving as Chairwoman of the DBB Foundation and former President of the Bali International Women’s Association.

More than just a legal advisor, Sari is regarded as a voice of reason and a trusted anchor in a fast-changing landscape. Grover Anastatius (Anastácio) de Souza, known simply as Anastácio, is an accomplished executive-turned-entrepreneur and long-term foreign investor who has proudly called Indonesia home since 2006. His professional journey in Indonesia began in the mining sector, where he rapidly rose through the ranks of multinational and local corporations. It was here, in one of the most complex business environments in Southeast Asia, that he sharpened his analytical instincts, mastered operational excellence, and quickly adapted to the nuances of the Indonesian market. His ability to understand local dynamics and lead high-stakes operations eventually saw him entrusted with the responsibility of managing multi-million-dollar enterprises.

In 2016, after a decade of navigating Indonesia’s intricate regulatory and business landscape, Anastácio made the bold leap from executive to full-time entrepreneur. His transition wasn’t just a career change;  it was a commitment to build businesses from the ground up in a country consistently ranked among the most challenging places to do business. As the World Bank’s Doing Business report has stated, “starting a business in Indonesia involves complicated administrative processes and a lack of transparency in regulatory enforcement.” (World Bank, Doing Business 2020). Yet, Anastácio not only succeeded—he thrived.

Between 2016 and 2021, he launched and co-founded a portfolio of ventures across critical sectors such as manufacturing, bioenergy, oil & gas, seafood, poultry, logistics, etc. some of his businesses were more than commercial wins; they earned formal recognition from both Indonesian and foreign authorities for their regulatory compliance, innovation, and impact on employment and industry development. His journey from boardroom executive to hands-on business builder reflects both courage and clarity of purpose.

In 2024, Anastácio returned to the frontlines of business with the establishment of Aspire Consulting Services—a strategic advisory firm designed to help foreign investors enter, grow, and succeed in Indonesia. Aspire delivers practical, compliant, and insight-driven solutions spanning legal structuring, immigration, taxation, operations and investment strategy. More than just a consulting firm, Aspire reflects Anastácio’s deep belief that foreign investment must create shared value—for the investor and for Indonesia’s long-term prosperity. Through Aspire, he continues to guide international entrepreneurs looking to establish or scale operations in the country, while still actively building ventures of his own.

What sets Anastácio apart is his rare duality: a strategist who sees the interconnection between capital, policy, and market forces, and a builder who thrives in the operational trenches.
